SPONGE PROFILE TIRES

Sponge profiles prevent water, dust, and noise from entering indoor spaces in all types of door and lid applications. Rectangular, square, and complex-shaped sponge profiles are shaped from soft materials with high resistance to deformation and produced by vulcanization in ovens. Rubber sponge profiles are used for sealing purposes and are manufactured according to dust and weather conditions.

It is particularly common in the transportation sector due to its resistance to seawater and ozone on ships. In addition, it is also used in the construction, automotive, machinery, and white goods industries.

The standard lengths are 10 meters, but production can be done in custom dimensions and sizes upon request. Please refer to the table below for sponge profile measurements.
